Objective: 

This course will enable the students to acquire knowledge about Personnel and Financial Administration

 

Course Outcomes: 
  1. Analyse the growth of Personnel Administration, its issues, career systems and other areas.
  2. Critically analyse the Classification, Recruitment ,: Training of indian Civil Services.
  3. Undersatnd  knowledge of various aspects of Public Financial Administration with reference to budget enactment and implementation
  4. Develop understanding Public budgeting, Public financial institutions and financial resource mobilization strategies in the Indian context.
  5. To critically evaluate the role of accounting and auditing authorities and various parliamentary committees
  6. Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction
