Objective: 

The students will get clarity about Public Personnell administration and nuances of Financial Administratioin,

Course Outcomes: 

CO 1. Generate Conceptual clarity re. Public Personnel Administration, its issues, career systems and other terms covering various aspects of personnel administration.

CO 2. Develop understanding of the Public personnel system of the Indian Republic.

CO 3. Develop knowledge of various aspects of Public Financial Administration in general and in the Indian context in particular.

CO 4. Develop understanding Public budgeting, Public financial institutions and financial resource mobilization strategies in the Indian context.

CO 5. Critically evaluate the role of

Comptroller and Auditor General in a public financial administration.
