PSO 1

Develop an understanding about the research and development opportunities in the field of administration/ policy/ governance studies.

Analyze the effectiveness of governmental policies and programmes.

Create awareness about the emerging  issues of human rights, disaster management, governance reforms, information communication technology,  public administration etc.

PSO 4

Demonstrate specialized methodological knowledge in the specialized areas of

Public Administration/ Governance in terms of the principles, theoretical

knowledge and practices adopted

PSO 5

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the disciplinary foundation in the various

fields of Public Affairs and Administration, as well as insight into contemporary

research and development.

PSO 6

Students will learn about the research papers writing and presenting in seminars/conferences.

PSO 7

Students will get acquainted with the statistics tools involved in the research methodology like SPSS, ANOVA etc.

PSO 8

Ability to work both independently and in group and dealing effectively with clients and stakeholders, learning the art of negotiation

Demonstrate the basic and conceptual understanding of the discipline and ability to apply this knowledge in comprehending administrative situations for arriving at a conclusion and suggest a set of alternatives
